REGISTRATION FEES

General conditions

A registration fee gives the right to have access to all simultaneous events and participate in any Area, JE or SE.
The payment of a registration fee gives the right to present only two papers wich ones can be distributed in any Area, JE or SE of the WCCE11 concurrent event.
Anyone whose abstract has been approved, can submit the extended work. That abstract will appear in the proceedings of the congress, together with the others.
After the congress all the papers will have some viewing mode on the AAIQ/WCCE11 web pages.

Registration fees WCCE11

The registration fee includes the opening reception, coffee breaks, sponsors materials and a pendrive containing the digital books of abstracts and received full papers. Each registration covers the submission of two (2) works. Some social events will be charged separately.

Argentina Residents
Payment will be made in argentinian pesos, and the fee set in US dollars will be directly converted according to the exchange official rate prevailing on the date of payment.

Selecting the option to transfer, you will be asked to complete the form "online", follow the appropriate procedure and then upload copy of the payment receipt to the page and send scanned copy by mail to secretary�s office to: secretaria@wcce11.org (with Payment voucher).

A3 - Foreign transfers: SUSPENDED
Suspended due to the resulting very high relative cost for low-value operations. Due to the high bank charges and the 9,5% of taxes, on the account is credited only circa 50% of the transferred money and then it does not cover the costs of that registration.
If for some special reason, it is essential to do it this way, these transfer costs should be covered. In that case write to the email: secretaria@wcce11.org (Foreign transfer)
